# Community Treasury

<figure><img src="/files/EsbJlVrgFuicQzBANAhm" alt=""><figcaption></figcaption></figure>

The Checkmate Treasury is a dynamic fund that grows with every trade and treasury drop. This ever-increasing pool is allocated to the Checkmate annual calendar of events, community initiatives and special activities.

### The Community Treasury receives:

* 100% of treasury drops
* 50% of Alpha Pre-sale and Public Sale net revenue
* 50% of Checkmate and participating marketplace secondary sales royalties
* 50% of all in-season marketplace fees

This initiative ensures that our community members are beneficiaries of Checkmate's growth and success. If you trade on the Checkmate marketplace, you will continue to support the community and the growth of the community treasury.&#x20;

### Alpha Community Participation and Representation

* Alpha Avatar holders have voting rights, allowing them to influence the direction of the platform.
* Councils such as the Players Council and Queens Council advocate for players to ensure their voice is heard and represented

## Querying This Documentation
If you need additional information that is not directly available in this page, you can query the documentation dynamically by asking a question.

Perform an HTTP GET request on the current page URL with the `ask` query parameter, and the optional `goal` query parameter:

```
GET https://playbook.checkmate.live/arcade-mode-alpha-pack/community-treasury.md?ask=<question>&goal=<endgoal>
```

`ask` is the immediate question: it should be specific, self-contained, and written in natural language.
`goal` is optional and describes the broader end goal you are ultimately trying to accomplish on behalf of the user. GitBook uses it to tailor the answer towards what is most useful for that goal.

The response will contain a direct answer to the question and relevant excerpts and sources from the documentation.

Use this mechanism when the answer is not explicitly present in the current page, you need clarification or additional context, or you want to retrieve related documentation sections.
