Checkmate introduces our next-gen immersive Avatars for use in our in-platform video conferencing feature and your player profiles. They're dynamic, limited, upgradable, and tradable and replicate your expressions and movements during gameplay. They also protect your privacy and make sure your mates play fair.
Your Avatar can be enhanced with various traits and accessories acquired through gameplay, store purchases, or marketplace trading. Pro members unlock a Next-gen Avatar that mirrors movements and expressions, offering an immersive gaming experience.

Traits and accessories are ranked by rarity, from Common to Legendary, influencing their value and strategic importance in trading and collecting.
You can continually evolve your avatar's appearance by acquiring seasonal traits from the Checkmate marketplace even after the season ends. Seasonal traits are only available during their respective seasons. If you did not collect the traits you need or want during the season, you can trade with other players in the Checkmate marketplace.
Avatars can be traded within the Checkmate in-game marketplace, adding strategic and social dimensions to your experience. Traits and accessories are ranked by rarity, from Common to Legendary, influencing their value and strategic importance in trading and collecting.
Pro members enjoy an enhanced 3D in-game avatar experience. These avatars mirror player movements in Pro mode, providing an immersive experience and enhancing privacy during streaming sessions. The 3D Next-Gen Avatar enhances the in-game video conferencing experience, offering immersive interaction by mirroring your movements and expressions. You can activate your 3D Next-Gen Avatar anytime if you have a Pro Pass.
The Next-Gen Avatars Privacy Mask feature allows players to mask their identity or play anonymously, offering a secure way to enjoy the game while maintaining personal privacy and online security.
Showcase your Skills as a player and auction off your skin
At the end of a season, players can mint their In-Season Avatars, turning them into unique, non-upgradable collectibles.
Once minted, these avatars become lasting collectibles, representing the player’s progress and achievements in that season.
