### Who provides the Warranty?

The warranty is provided by [Avata ](http://www.avata.gg)through [www.wert.io](http://www.wert.io) our payment provider and is opt in it is not included automatically at the time of purchase.

### How much does it cost?

6% of the transaction cost.&#x20;

### How do I purchase the warranty?

The option can be selected in the checkout card when you make your purchase.

### What does the policy cover?

The warranty provides coverage for “Hacks and Exploitation”: (not limited to) loss of access and ownership of the NFT due to exploitation on the blockchain by a third party without prior consent by the warranty holder. Please refer to your policy for further details.

### How will I receive my policy documents?

You can connect to your wallet to see an overview of your warranted products and the details of the policy at [www.avata.gg](http://www.avata.gg)

### How do I contact the insurer?

You can contact the Avata team by reaching out to <info@avata.gg> with your request.

### How do I make a claim?

Connect to your wallet in the Avata portal, <https://my.avata.gg/> click on "moved from wallet" and start the claims process. Make sure to have the required documentation to hand.

### Is there a deductible?

There is no deductible, however please be aware that your policy will state the percentage of the purchase value that can be covered in a claim.

### When does the policy start?

The policy starts immediately after purchase.

### How long does the policy last?

Depending on the type of coverage chosen, the warranty will last for a period of up to 90 days from the date of purchase.

### Can I renew my policy?

At present it is not possible to renew a policy, however the Avata team is working to make this available in the near future.

### How do I cancel my policy?

The warranty can be cancelled by reaching out to <info@avata.gg> with your request. Please be aware no refunds for cancelled warranties can be provided.
