Onboarding Guide for Online Supervised Events

Registration Closes and Lobby Opens: Ensure you are registered by accepting your invite are and ready to join the event at the listed start time. You will have received an email invite to the tournament and a notification to your message box next to you profile picture, accept either when you receive it and you are signed up to the tournament (you must do this before registrations close).
Onboarding Countdown: Begins 5 minutes before each of your games starts. Be prepared to complete onboarding during this period.
You have 5 minutes to finish onboarding from when the lobby opens to your game and clock starts automatically
You will receive an invite to join the lobby which will pop up on your screen
Accept the invite and prepare for the onboarding process.
You will be prompted to begin onboarding.
Follow the on-screen instructions to complete the onboarding process.
Complete the onboarding steps, which include:
Verifying your webcam setup.
Allow screen sharing permission
Have you task manager open
Remove any headphones
Ensure no additional monitors or devices (phones are on your workstation)
Ensuring a stable internet connection.
Be ready to play.
If you complete onboarding early, you will enter the game screen and can begin playing.
If you do not complete onboarding within 5 minutes, your game timer will start automatically.
The onboarding step is repeated each round as part of our fair play provisions
