There are many ways to acquire, earn and unlock cards when playing Checkmate. Cards can be acquired by:

• Fusing cards to create new cards 🔁🃏

• Card drops 🎁🎴

• Trading cards with other players 💼🔄

• Battling another player for their cards ⚔️🎴

• Purchasing card packs 🛒🃏

Cards can be unlocked by:

• Collecting card shards to craft cards 🧩🔓

Cards can be traded on the marketplace:

• Trade on the marketplace 💼🔄

Once a card has been earned, you can:

• Fuse it to increase its rank 🔥🃏

• Sell it on the marketplace 💰💼

• Mint it 🏛️"
