Player Notes

• Players must play 30 games in Bullet, Blitz, Rapid and Speedpro before being able to enter into a tournament for that game mode

• Tournaments with cash or equivalent prize require a pro pass

• Pro passes require KYC verification as per our Fair play measures

• Only season pro pass holders can mint collectables at the end of a season

• All rated Asian Chess Federation will be played in pro mode and use the FIDE rating system

• The Female ratings approach for Checkmate will be confirmed by the Queen's Council in consultation with the community

Fair play: Sandbagging

Please note that sandbagging is an offence on Checkmate, Suspect cases will be automatically tagged and accounts monitored. Players found intentionally lowering their rating risk immediate disqualification from tournaments and a ban. We urge all participants to play to the best of their ability when competing against other players in ladders and tournaments. In addition to real-time monitoring historic integrity sweeps will be undertaken regularly by our Fairplay team and anti-cheat.
